 Mandarin Stone is fast becoming the UK’s leading provider of natural stone tiles and fine slate. At Mandarin Stone we are passionate about our products and the customer experience we provide. We are looking for like minded individuals capable of assimilating the technical nature of our products and be able to confidently articulate the individual benefits of each of our products.
We currently have showrooms in Monmouth Cardiff Bath Cheltenham and Exeter and are actively searching for new locations in the UK. One of our key aims is to offer value and choice to every customer whether face to face, on the telephone or through the internet. We constantly look for innovative and exciting products and through our market leading range offer a diverse selection of finishes, sizes and formats that ensure that irrespective of style or budget we can offer something to everyone who comes to us. We pride ourselves on our ability to sell to a customer’s real needs and do not operate on a commission basis. We are looking for self motivated and seriously talented people to join our team in our showrooms in Bath, Exeter, Marlow & Bristol. Whilst knowledge and experience of retail sales in our industry would be a significant advantage it is not essential as we will ensure that full technical and product training is provided. You must be PC literate and articulate, have strong numeric skills and the ability to absorb and recall technical information. You will be able to demonstrate excellent customer services skills both face to face and on the telephone. Ideally you will be able to demonstrate a creative flair and be flexible as there will be some movement between our showrooms and head office.
