Mandarin Stone is a leading Importer of Natural Stone Products winning several awards at the Annual Tile Association Awards Ceremony in 2009. Mandarin Stone is a family run business that has been going through an extensive period of growth leading to the opening of 3 new showrooms since 2008 with more planned for 2010. With this in mind we currently have several Stone Consultant positions that we are looking to fill spanning the South of the UK.

The role of a Stone Consultant predominantly is to provide Customer Service and support for clients as they browse our extensive range of products within our showrooms, guiding them through the buying process right from the first visit through to advice on laying the stone once delivered. Duties include, providing advice and guidance on products, design ideas, raising quotations, dealing with telephone queries, dealing with issues as they arise, taking payment on orders, booking deliveries and much more.

We look for people that thrive on working in a customer focused environment and pride themselves on providing the highest level of customer service. The successful candidate will need to be self motivated, well presented and computer literate. No previous industry experience is necessary all we ask for is someone who ideally has experience working in a customer service environment. As part of your role as a Stone Consultant you would be expected to travel between showrooms to provide cover therefore your own transport is essential. Working hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm Monday – Saturday with a day off in the week every other week. Sundays we are closed.
