Mandarin Stone is a leading Importer of Natural Stone Products in the UK; we are a family run business still expanding and searching for new locations for our distinctive showrooms throughout the UK. We currently are recruiting for Stone Consultants together with potential showroom manager positions for the right candidate.

The role of a Stone Consultant predominantly is to provide Customer Service and support for clients as they browse our extensive range of products within our showrooms, guiding them through the buying process right from the first visit through to advice on laying the stone once delivered. Duties include, providing advice and guidance on products, design ideas, raising quotations, dealing with telephone queries, dealing with issues as they arise, taking payment on orders, booking deliveries and much more.

We look for people that thrive on working in a customer focused environment and pride themselves on providing the highest level of customer service. The successful candidate will need to be self motivated, well presented and computer literate. No previous industry experience is necessary all we ask for is someone who ideally has experience working in a customer service environment. As part of your role as a Stone Consultant you would be expected to travel between showrooms to provide cover therefore your own transport is essential. Working hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm Monday – Saturday, we are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Showroom Stone Consultants will have one weekday off every other week.
