We can arrange shipping to Northern Ireland, please provide details of the potential order including the full shipping address, details of access to delivery site and if a forklift would be available on site for offload, this is not essential as we can arrange delivery on smaller vehicles with a tail-lift but this may increase the haulage cost.

Business/trade customers must have an EORI number (which will begin with XI) in order for our shippers to arrange transport.

Shipping can be arranged to Europe, orders would need to be placed through a trade customer with both EORI & VAT numbers. It is not possible to deal directly with retail clients.
If you require a quotation, please provide details of the potential order including the full invoice & shipping addresses in Europe, company EORI number and VAT number if applicable.
Please note the invoice address & shipping address need to be in the same country in order to arrange shipment.

If a large order please advise if there would be access for an articulated vehicle and if a forklift would be available on site for offload, this is not essential as we can delivery on smaller vehicles with a tail-lift but this may increase the haulage cost.
Alternatively we can make the goods available for collection by your haulier from our warehousing in Monmouth, South Wales.

For customers in the USA, we can make goods available for collection from our warehousing in Monmouth, South Wales, UK.
Orders placed would be subject to VAT but this may be able to be claimed back at a later date subject to all relevant criteria being met.
If your shipper requires commercial invoices and packing lists a £54.00 (inclusive of VAT) offshore administration charge will be applicable.
As goods are EX. WORKS (EXW). Mandarin Stone will only be responsible for making the goods available for collection and suitably packaged for Transport. You would be responsible for organising loading of goods onto vehicle, Export procedure and onwards transport and any other associated costs arising after the goods are collected.
