We’re seeing countless colourful tiling schemes that play with shade and pattern to create truly distinctive spaces, defined by increasingly bold and cheerful tones.

One way to jump on this trend is with colourblocking. It doesn’t mean you have to fill your bathroom with bright or clashing coloured tiles: you can take a subtler approach and work with a palette of understated tonal hues. Alternatively, opt for muted versions of stronger shades, which can still feel rich and cocooning.
