A cleverly distressed surface combined with convincingly undulating edges gives this porcelain tile a traditional, rustic charm. Available in two mixed size opus patterns, as well as a standard large rectangle, this four colour range is a popular alternative to antique natural stone.
When laying products in a Priory or Cathedral Opus pattern, the grout gap between tiles will vary. Dry lay a few modules before tiling commences in order to ascertain the optimum spacing. This variation does not notice when the tiles are laid and grouted.
Due to the nature of porcelain tiles and the way that they are produced, a degree of variation in dimensions should be expected. Whilst this is minimal, it can become more noticeable on larger format tiles. In order to avoid emphasising this, if staggering joints then it should be a maximum of 30% of the tile length.
All tiles within the Auvergne range are non-rectified porcelain tiles.
