Unfortunately, due to the variation associated with our natural stone, ceramic, porcelain, decorative & glazed materials combined with incredibly high stock turnover, we operate a no-return policy.

It should be noted that any surplus tiles that you have are worth keeping as they will be from the same batch as your original material and can be utilised should any damage occur to your your tiles after the product has been installed.
