About the role

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused and confident working across multiple areas of responsibility. In this vital role, you will provide support to the Health & Safety Manager and assist in maintaining a positive and safety culture throughout the business.

Duties include:

Training & Coordination
– Assist in the coordination of annual health & safety refresher training.
– Organise and support the delivery of Toolbox Talks with relevant departments.
– Conduct health & safety inductions and maintain up-to-date presentation materials.
– Coordinate first aid training and maintain accurate records of trained First Aiders.
– Liaise with HR to ensure all training records are current and compliant.

Administrative Support
– Maintain and update health & safety records, documents, and systems.
– Assist in administering risk assessments and Safe Systems of Work.
– Support H&S committee operations, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, and tracking actions.
– Work collaboratively with the HR team to maintain personnel health & safety files.

Incident Management
– Conduct and document incident investigations.
– Maintain the incident reporting system (SharePoint), ensuring accurate and timely uploads of supporting documentation such as CCTV footage or images.
– Produce quarterly incident reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Fire Safety
– Support showroom fire testing processes and follow up on any issues.
– Assist with weekly fire testing at Head Office, ensuring all activity is properly logged and any concerns are escalated appropriately.

About you

Experience:
– Experience working with compliance, quality, training or health & safety functions
– Experience maintaining policies, procedures or compliance documentation.
– Ability to coordinate projects and manage competing priorities
– Excellent organisational and administrative skills
– Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information
– A genuine interest in Health & Safety and compliance
– Good communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders

Working hours

Working hours are 9:00 am – 5:30 pm Monday – Friday and 9:00 am – 12:30 pm on either alternate or one in three Saturdays.

The main purpose of this role is to provide customer service and support for clients, guiding them through the buying process right from the first visit through to advice on laying the tiles once delivered with a truly consultative approach.

Duties include:
– Providing expert advice about our range or products to meet the design brief of the client.
– Seeking solutions to customers tile projects, seeking out the best product from our range.
– Building client relationships; following through the sale from the initial enquiry, securing the order and organising delivery.
– Work as part of a fast paced and close team offering product and technical advice.
– Answering customer calls, confirming orders, dealing with email inquiries, processing payments, arranging samples to be dispatched, chasing sales leads and providing aftercare service.

About you

You do not need prior industry experience before you join as we provide a comprehensive training programme to familiarise you with our product range. Having a creative flair with an eye for colour would be an advantage.

We are looking for a Sales Consultant to work 3 to 4 days per week, which includes weekend working. Flexibility to cover days off and holiday would be an advantage.

About the role

Duties include:

– Transporting our product and other goods between our sites in Monmouth.
– Supporting the Goods in Department with the movement of deliveries when allocated to other units.
– You may be required to deliver to our customers and trade clients, from time to time.

About you

– A valid Class 1 licence is essential
– CPC and forklift licence are desirable

Working hours

Working hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday and 9:00 am – 12:30 pm on your choice of either alternate Saturdays or one in three Saturdays.

About the role

Duties include:

• To undertake and document accurate stock checks
• To investigate anomalies with the stock and report findings in order that stock levels are up to date and maximise efficiency within the business
• To ensure that the stock is being picked in the correct order to ensure that older batches are being rotated
• To efficiently and accurately answer emails on stock enquiries in a quick and timely manner
• To process returns and stock transfers
• Liaising with other departments as required
• Working as part of a team you will be required to help your colleagues complete their work from time to time
• Ensure that you are courteous and helpful at all times when meeting clients, especially when helping them load or unload their purchased products onto or from their vehicles
• Operating a forklift to move products to other locations
• Adhering to our Health and Safety policy and ensuring your work area is kept clean and tidy

About you

You do not need prior industry experience before you join as we provide on the job training. We look for people who are motivated, can work independently and as part of a team and good time management.
• You will have excellent attention to detail, good organisational skills and ability to communicate detailed information
• Flexible, proactive and willing to help out other areas of the operations department when needed
• A counterbalance Forklift License is desirable but not essential
