Our Head Office is based in the beautiful Wye Valley in the Welsh border town of Monmouth. We have 16 inspirational showrooms across the UK and we currently have numerous vacancies across our sites & showrooms.

About the role

This is a varied and fast-paced role within a vibrant and friendly team. You will support both client services and sales operations playing a key part in ensuring smooth processes, excellent customer experiences and strong teamwork.
The role requires a high level of organisation, adaptability and attention to detail, with no two days quite the same.

Duties include:
– Raising quotations, confirming orders and taking payment for orders
– Processing internet orders
– Monitoring Inboxes
– Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
– Problem solving
– Liaising with our logistics department to book deliveries
– To offer product and technical advice
– Provide a high level of customer service throughout the sales journey
– Work as part of a fast paced and close team
– Sales aftercare and much more

About you

We look for people that thrive working in a customer focused environment and pride themselves on being organised and efficient. The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated and possess excellent attention to detail. Be computer literate with a good understanding of basic maths.

Working hours

Working hours: 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday and your choice or either alternative or one in three Saturdays 9.00am – 12.30pm.

About the role

The main purpose of the role is to work within our inhouse team and alongside third parties to assist with the overall running, maintenance and ongoing improvement of the company’s infrastructure.

Duties include:
– Implementation, development and administration of the Office 365 suite including SharePoint, Exchange, Intune & Active Directory.
– Providing support to system users

About you

Essential skills and experience:
– Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills
– Curiosity in technical innovation and able to learn new technologies quickly
– Able to work creatively and flexibility to resolve issues quickly and at short notice.
– Diligent, self-motivated
– Strong problem-solving capabilities
– Time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload
– Good communication skills are essential
– Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
– Confident communicator across departments
– Have the ability to work as part as of a team as well as independently
– A good working knowledge of JSON, Javascript, Power Apps, Power BI and website administration would be advantageous through not essential

Working hours

Working hours are 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am – 12.30pm on one in three Saturday’s. We are closed Sundays and Bank holidays.

You do not need prior industry experience before you join as we provide a comprehensive training programme to familiarise you with our product range. Having a creative flair with an eye for colour would be an advantage.

Showroom hours

Showroom Opening hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Saturday and 11.00am – 4.00pm on Sundays. We are closed on Bank Holidays.
We are looking for a Sales Consultant to work 3 to 4 days per week, which includes weekend working. Flexibility to cover days off and holiday would be an advantage.
