The main purpose of this role is to provide customer service and support for clients, guiding them through the buying process right from the first visit through to advice on laying the tiles once delivered with a truly consultative approach.
As the Showroom Manager you will lead and inspire sales consultants in the expert promotion and sales of Mandarin Stone products and services. You will ensure clients receive unbiased and accurate advice, in the selection, delivery and after sale of products, in order to meet client expectations and uphold Mandarin Stone’s brand and reputation.
Duties of the Showroom Manager include:
– Managing the day to day running of the showroom
– Maintaining high presentation and visual standards within the showroom
– Ensuring that you and your team uphold company standards and procedures
– Effectively managing the overall performance of your team
– Encourage employees to work as part of a fast paced and close team
– Company and brand ambassador
– Develop and maintain existing relationships with our clients
– Working alongside other departments to grow the business
– Resolving client complaints should they arise, in a timely manner
– Maintain awareness of market trends, initiating changes to improve sales and generate new business, including the promotion of our business in the local area
General Duties:
– Administrative responsivities including answering customer calls, confirming orders, dealing with email inquiries, processing payments, arranging samples to be dispatched, chasing sales leads and providing aftercare service
– Providing a high level of customer service throughout the sales journey
– Ascertain customers’ needs and requirements and provide add on sales opportunities
– To offer product and technical advice
– Liaise with other Head Office departments to keep customers informed of their order status
– Building client relationships; following through the sale from the initial enquiry, securing the order and organising delivery
