This Patagonia Porcelain marble-effect tile is inspired by the unique ‘Patagonia’ volcanic stone originating in Brazil and is a fusion of white quartz and beige granite.
With varying structure formation and tonal variation, this matt tile range can be used to create an evocative and impactful wall or floor in kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas alike.

Due to the nature of porcelain marble-effect tiles and the way that they are produced, a degree of variation in dimensions should be expected. Whilst this is minimal, it can become more noticeable on larger format tiles. To avoid emphasising this, joints should be staggered by a maximum of 30% of the length.
If laying tiles with a brick bond or set length layout, then levelling clips should be used to prevent emphasising any nominal tile bowing.

Delivery availability & charges
Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days, with delivery date and costs confirmed at checkout.
Most deliveries take place between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of your order and are shown separately from product prices to keep our tiles competitively priced.
Delivery to UK mainland starts at £45 per crate, which covers up to approximately 1000 kg.
Parcel delivery charges (UK mainland only):
Up to 5kg – £4.12 | Up to 10kg – £6.62 | Up to 20kg – £8.29A.M. deliveries (8:00 am–1:00 pm) are available for an additional £18 + VAT, subject to area.

Someone must be available to accept, sign for, and safely store the goods, which the driver will place at the nearest accessible point, such as the driveway or kerbside.
Special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware, and sizeable orders are usually delivered using specialist off-load vehicles, which may increase delivery times.
UK Mainland deliveries exclude the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and the Scottish Highlands, please contact our Sales Team for these areas.

We hope you love your Mandarin Stone products, but if not, we offer a 30-day returns policy.
Goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving authorisation.
Return address: Mandarin Stone, Unit 1 Wonastow Road Industrial Estate, Monmouth, NP25 5JB.
All returns must be scheduled in advance and made between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Please clearly mark the returns number on all packages, boxes, crates, and pallets.
Tiles are fragile, so please ensure packaging is secure; refunds will not be issued if items or packaging are returned in unsaleable condition.
Refunds for resalable goods will be processed within 10 days, minus a 20% restocking fee.
