Schlüter-DITRA matting is an uncoupling and waterproofing. Schlüter-DITRA should always be used with Plywood overlay floors in order to inhibit the transference of lateral movement through to tile coverings.

Can be used to overlay screeds that have not had sufficient time to cure properly.

When used in conjunction with Schlüter-KERDI 200 matting, Schlüter-KERDI-KEBA Tape & Schlüter-KERDI-COLL Sealant Adhesive, forms part of a complete waterproofing solution for wet room and stone showertray installations.

NB. Tiles should be a minimum of 50x50mm when fitting on top of Schlüter-DITRA matting. Adhesive bed thickness should not exceed 10mm on top of Schlüter-DITRA matting.

Uncoupling: Schlüter-DITRA uncouples the floor covering from the substrate and therefore prevents any lateral movement within the substrate, transferring through to the tile covering and potentially causing cracks. Waterproofing: Schlüter-DITRA is a waterproof membrane, which when combined with Schlüter-KERDI 200, Schlüter-KERDI-KEBA Tape & Schlüter-KERDI-COLL can be used to create a waterproof assembly, protecting the underlying substrate against damage due to moisture. Equalisation of vapour pressure: The interconnected air channels between the cavities on the underside of the Schlüter-DITRA matting remain open. This allows moisture in the substrate to evaporate, therefore neutralising vapour pressure.

We offer fast, reliable delivery across the UK & Ireland using our own specialised fleet alongside an external pallet service.

Delivery availability & charges

  • Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days, with delivery date and costs confirmed at checkout.

  • Most deliveries take place between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

  • Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of your order and are shown separately from product prices to keep our tiles competitively priced.

  • Delivery to UK mainland starts at £45 per crate, which covers up to approximately 1000 kg.

  • Parcel delivery charges (UK mainland only):
    Up to 5kg – £4.12 | Up to 10kg – £6.62 | Up to 20kg – £8.29

  • A.M. deliveries (8:00 am–1:00 pm) are available for an additional £18 + VAT, subject to area.

Further information

  • Someone must be available to accept, sign for, and safely store the goods, which the driver will place at the nearest accessible point, such as the driveway or kerbside.

  • Special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware, and sizeable orders are usually delivered using specialist off-load vehicles, which may increase delivery times.

  • UK Mainland deliveries exclude the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and the Scottish Highlands, please contact our Sales Team for these areas.

Returns

We hope you love your Mandarin Stone products, but if not, we offer a 30-day returns policy.

  • Goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving authorisation.

  • Return address: Mandarin Stone, Unit 1 Wonastow Road Industrial Estate, Monmouth, NP25 5JB.

  • All returns must be scheduled in advance and made between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

  • Please clearly mark the returns number on all packages, boxes, crates, and pallets.

  • Tiles are fragile, so please ensure packaging is secure; refunds will not be issued if items or packaging are returned in unsaleable condition.

  • Refunds for resalable goods will be processed within 10 days, minus a 20% restocking fee.
