Full Time Sales Consultant

Bath Showroom

About the role

The role of a Sales Consultant is predominantly to provide Customer Service and support for clients as they browse the extensive range of products displayed within our showrooms, guiding them through the buying process from the first visit through to advice on laying the stone once delivered.

Duties include, providing advice and guidance on products, design ideas, raising quotations, dealing with telephone queries, dealing with issues as they arise, taking payment on orders, booking deliveries and much more.

Working hours

Showroom Opening hours:
9.30am - 5.30pm Monday – Saturday
Closed Sundays & Bank Holidays

About you

We look for people that thrive on working in a customer focused environment and pride themselves on providing the highest level of customer service. The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated, well presented and computer literate. No previous industry experience is necessary; all we ask for is someone who ideally has experience working in a customer service environment. As part of your role as a Sales Consultant you would be expected to travel between showrooms to provide cover therefore a full driving licence and your own transport is desirable.

In return Mandarin Stone offers an excellent basic salary, a non target driven environment with the emphasis on Customer Service, optional Pension Scheme, four weeks holiday per year plus bank holidays, excellent working conditions and travel costs when travelling beyond your remit.

Warehouse Operative

Monmouth Head Office

About the role

The role of a Warehouse Operative involves working as part of a team of people responsible for picking and packing our products ready for onward delivery to our customers.

Duties include, operating a fork lift to retrieve products from their location, picking orders accurately, packaging orders in accordance with our company standards, adhering to our Health and Safety policy and ensuring your work area is kept clean and tidy.

Working hours

8.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday and alternate Saturdays 9.00am - 12.30pm

About you

We look for people that have worked in a warehouse environment in a previous role, and can work well as part of a team. You need to have good attention to detail and have a methodical and organised approach to your work.

A Counterbalance Fork Lift Truck licence is desirable but not essential.
