Full Time Sales Consultant

Fulham Road, London Showroom - Opening Early 2020

About the role

The role of a Sales Consultant is predominantly to provide Customer Service and support for clients as they browse the extensive range of products displayed within our showrooms, guiding them through the buying process from the first visit through to advice on installing materials once delivered.

Duties include, providing advice and guidance on products, design ideas, raising quotations, dealing with telephone queries, dealing with issues as they arise, taking payment on orders, booking deliveries and much more.

Working hours

Showroom hours:
9.30am – 5.30pm Monday – Saturday

Closed Sundays & Bank Holidays

About you

We look for people that thrive on working in a customer focused environment and pride themselves on providing the highest level of customer service. The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated, well presented and computer literate. No previous industry experience is necessary; all we ask for is someone who ideally has experience working in a customer service environment. As part of your role as a Sales Consultant you would be expected to travel between showrooms to provide cover therefore a full driving licence and your own transport is essential.

In return Mandarin Stone offers an excellent basic salary, a non target driven environment with the emphasis on Customer Service, optional Pension Scheme, four weeks holiday per year, increasing with length of service, Bupa healthcare after a qualifying period, excellent working conditions and travel costs when travelling beyond your remit.
