Delivery information 

Finished pieces are delivered on an A-frame to ensure they arrive safely and intact. A Mandarin Stone driver will deliver to the nearest safe and accessible point. Upon arrival, the goods must be inspected by the customer or a trusted representative.

Before unloading, the driver will photograph each piece while it remains on the A-frame. Please note that drivers are unable to assist with unloading. All unloading must be carried out by the customer’s own team onsite, and photography must be completed prior to removal from the A-frame.

Handling guidance 

To help ensure safe handling and prevent damage, please follow the guidance below:

• Carry & store vertically (on edge) rather than flat. Carrying horizontally can place excessive stress on the material, especially where cut-outs are present. Avoid placing directly onto hard surfaces, as this may cause edge chipping. Most finished pieces have at least one unprofiled edge, this is the recommended edge to rest the stone on.
• Use sufficient manpower. Most pieces require at least two people to move safely. Ensure your route is clear and that you have enough support for the size and weight of the stone. Larger pieces may require more than one person at each end.

All fabricated pieces are supplied unsealed. They should be cleaned and allowed to fully dry before applying a suitable sealant.
