Smoke grey in tone and with a forgiving fleck detail, our Cleveland Grey Concrete Effect Outdoor Porcelain Tile is perfect for an inside/outside combo. This large format outdoor floor tile cleverly combines the look of stone effect and concrete effect tiles, giving a nod to both styles. The uneven surface texture and speckled design is reminiscent of authentic concrete and stone flooring.
Equally suited to both modern and more traditional spaces, this outdoor porcelain tile is well-priced, versatile and super hard-wearing.
The Mandarin Stone Cleveland range is also available in White, and in both indoor and outdoor variations for a consistent transition between your home and garden.

The nature of porcelain tiles means that there may be a degree of variation in dimensions between tiles. This is usually minimal, however with larger format tiles can become more noticeable. Avoid emphasising this by staggering joints, if relevant, by a maximum of 30% of the length of the tile.
All products within the Cleveland concrete effect tile range are rectified porcelain.
Outdoor porcelains generally have a rougher surface texture to increase grip. Fila Stop Dirt can be used to make routine cleaning easier.

Delivery availability & charges
Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days, with delivery date and costs confirmed at checkout.
Most deliveries take place between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of your order and are shown separately from product prices to keep our tiles competitively priced.
Delivery to UK mainland starts at £45 per crate, which covers up to approximately 1000 kg.
Parcel delivery charges (UK mainland only):
Up to 5kg – £4.12 | Up to 10kg – £6.62 | Up to 20kg – £8.29A.M. deliveries (8:00 am–1:00 pm) are available for an additional £18 + VAT, subject to area.
Further information
Someone must be available to accept, sign for, and safely store the goods, which the driver will place at the nearest accessible point, such as the driveway or kerbside.
Special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware, and sizeable orders are usually delivered using specialist off-load vehicles, which may increase delivery times.
UK Mainland deliveries exclude the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and the Scottish Highlands, please contact our Sales Team for these areas.

We hope you love your Mandarin Stone products, but if not, we offer a 30-day returns policy.
Goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving authorisation.
Return address: Mandarin Stone, Unit 1 Wonastow Road Industrial Estate, Monmouth, NP25 5JB.
All returns must be scheduled in advance and made between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Please clearly mark the returns number on all packages, boxes, crates, and pallets.
Tiles are fragile, so please ensure packaging is secure; refunds will not be issued if items or packaging are returned in unsaleable condition.
Refunds for resalable goods will be processed within 10 days, minus a 20% restocking fee.
