Our Cotto Earth Outdoor Porcelain tile combines mortar-look field tiles with subtly stylish decors, emulating from reclaimed flooring from North Africa and the Middle East to enhance your outdoor space.

This porcelain tile’s rustic appearance offers a blend of beige, brown and red hues. Its mix of warm and natural colours are inspired by Mediterranean outdoor tiles to effortlessly complement any décor style.

These Cotto tiles are available in two colourways, Cotto Earth or Cotto Ash. With each one bringing a natural elegance to your outdoor space, creating a beautiful sanctuary. Décor options offering subtle patterning are available for both colourways, and can be used alongside the base tiles or on their own.

Cut samples of our Cotto Earth Outdoor Porcelain tile are not available, whole porcelain tile purchases only.

Due to the nature of porcelain and the way that they are produced, a degree of variation in dimensions should be expected. Whilst this is minimal, it can become more noticeable on large format porcelain tiles. In order to avoid emphasising this, if staggering joints then it should be by a maximum of 30% of the length.

Outdoor porcelain tiles generally have a rougher surface texture to increase grip. Fila Stop Dirt can be used to make routine cleaning easier.

Delivery

We offer fast, reliable delivery across the UK & Ireland using our own specialised fleet alongside an external pallet service.

Delivery availability & charges

  • Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days, with delivery date and costs confirmed at checkout.

  • Most deliveries take place between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

  • Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of your order and are shown separately from product prices to keep our tiles competitively priced.

  • Palletised deliveries to most England and Wales postcodes are between £54 – £66 per pallet (including VAT) depending on weight but this does exclude certain postcodes.

  • Parcel delivery charges (UK mainland only, including VAT):
    Up to 5kg – £4.94 | Up to 10kg – £7.94 | Up to 20kg – £9.95

  • A.M. deliveries (8:00 am–1:00 pm) are available for an additional £18 + VAT, subject to area.

Further information

  • Someone must be available to accept, sign for, and safely store the goods, which the driver will place at the nearest accessible point, such as the driveway or kerbside.

  • Special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware, and sizeable orders are usually delivered using specialist off-load vehicles, which may increase delivery times.

  • UK Mainland deliveries exclude the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and the Scottish Highlands, please contact our Sales Team for these areas.

  • For overseas orders, email enquiries to [email protected].

Returns

We hope you love your Mandarin Stone products, but if not, we offer a 30-day returns policy.

  • Goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving authorisation.

  • Return address: Mandarin Stone, Unit 1 Wonastow Road Industrial Estate, Monmouth, NP25 5JB.

  • All returns must be scheduled in advance and made between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

  • Please clearly mark the returns number on all packages, boxes, crates, and pallets.

  • Tiles are fragile, so please ensure packaging is secure; refunds will not be issued if items or packaging are returned in unsaleable condition.

  • Refunds for resalable goods will be processed within 10 days, minus a 20% restocking fee.
