Designed in a traditional crazy paving format, this range features irregular, randomly shaped pieces that come together to create a truly organic and rustic look. The gently tumbled edges and lightly textured surface deliver an authentic, weathered finish, while the varied joint lines add depth, movement, and visual interest to every installation.

Ideal for patios, garden paths, interior flooring, and feature areas, Dijon Crazy Paving offers a relaxed yet refined aesthetic that complements both classic and contemporary designs.

Each pack is sold in approximately 1m² and contains a random mix of sizes to ensure a completely unique layout every time. Due to the naturally wide and variable joint widths, standard grout is not suitable; instead, a sand and cement mix is required to achieve a strong, durable, and long-lasting finish.

Please note: Our crazy paving samples are cut from 10×10 pieces of the original tumbled limestone. They’re intended to give a good idea of the colour and surface finish, but won’t represent the exact thickness or edge detail of the final product.

Due to the wide and varied joint widths, we recommend using Ardex GK grout. Suitable for joints from 4mm upwards with no maximum joint width, it is the ideal choice for irregular natural stone installations.

Alternatively, a traditional sand and cement mix can be used for installation. For a softer, lighter finish that complements the natural tones of the limestone, consider using a light-coloured cement or increasing the proportion of light sand in the mix.

This product is made from natural tumbled limestone and forms part of the Dijon range. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, it is an excellent choice for patios, pathways, kitchens, hallways, and feature spaces where a timeless, natural finish is desired.

The stones are supplied in irregular, random shapes, enhancing their authentic character and creating a unique, organic appearance. Each pack covers approximately 1m², although coverage may vary slightly depending on the width of the joints, which naturally differ due to the irregular sizing of the stones.

When installing outdoors, the choice of whether to seal the limestone or leave it unsealed is largely a matter of personal preference and the conditions of the installation. Many people choose to leave the stone unsealed, allowing it to weather naturally over time. As it ages, the limestone develops additional character, resulting in a beautifully aged, individual appearance.

Delivery

We offer fast, reliable delivery across the UK & Ireland using our own specialised fleet alongside an external pallet service.

Delivery availability & charges

  • Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days, with delivery date and costs confirmed at checkout.
  • Most deliveries take place between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
  • Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of your order and are shown separately from product prices to keep our tiles competitively priced.
  • Palletised deliveries to most England and Wales postcodes are between £54 – £66 per pallet (including VAT) depending on weight but this does exclude certain postcodes.
  • Parcel delivery charges (UK mainland only, including VAT):
    Up to 5kg – £4.94 | Up to 10kg – £7.94 | Up to 20kg – £9.95
  • A.M. deliveries (8:00 am–1:00 pm) are available for an additional £18 + VAT, subject to area.
  • Most orders are despatched at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date, so we may be unable to make changes or cancel an order once it has entered this process.

Further information

  • Someone must be available to accept, sign for, and safely store the goods, which the driver will place at the nearest accessible point, such as the driveway or kerbside.
  • Special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware, and sizeable orders are usually delivered using specialist off-load vehicles, which may increase delivery times.
  • UK Mainland deliveries exclude the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and the Scottish Highlands, please contact our Sales Team for these areas.
  • For overseas orders, email enquiries to exports@mandarinstone.com.

Returns

We hope you love your Mandarin Stone products, but if not, we offer a 30-day returns policy.

  • We’re unable to accept returns on used products, fixing materials, goods purchased over 30 days ago, bespoke or special order items, end-of-line products, or damaged goods not reported within the required timescales.
  • Goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving authorisation.
  • Return address: Mandarin Stone, Unit 1 Wonastow Road Industrial Estate, Monmouth, NP25 5JB.
  • All returns must be scheduled in advance and made between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Please clearly mark the returns number on all packages, boxes, crates, and pallets.
  • Tiles are fragile, so please ensure packaging is secure; refunds will not be issued if items or packaging are returned in unsaleable condition.
  • Refunds for resalable goods will be processed within 10 days, minus a 20% restocking fee.
