Our Fragmenta Ivory Terrazzo Effect Outdoor Porcelain Tile evokes both terrazzo & breccia-like natural stone to give a wonderfully authentic yet subtle terrazzo effect tile perfect for gardens, patios and walkways. The soft ivory shade makes a perfect backdrop for your outdoor space, while the soft terrazzo effect brings some interest to an otherwise neutral outdoor tile.

The nature of porcelain tiles means that a degree of variation in dimensions should be expected. Whilst this is minimal, it can become more noticeable on large format tiles. In order to avoid emphasising this, if staggering joints then it should be by a maximum of 30% of the length. For more expert guidance on your tiling project, get in touch.

We offer fast, reliable delivery across the UK & Ireland using our own specialised fleet alongside an external pallet service.
Delivery availability & charges
Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days, with delivery date and costs confirmed at checkout.
Most deliveries take place between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of your order and are shown separately from product prices to keep our tiles competitively priced.
Delivery to UK mainland starts at £45 per crate, which covers up to approximately 1000 kg.
Parcel delivery charges (UK mainland only):
Up to 5kg – £4.12 | Up to 10kg – £6.62 | Up to 20kg – £8.29A.M. deliveries (8:00 am–1:00 pm) are available for an additional £18 + VAT, subject to area.

Someone must be available to accept, sign for, and safely store the goods, which the driver will place at the nearest accessible point, such as the driveway or kerbside.
Special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware, and sizeable orders are usually delivered using specialist off-load vehicles, which may increase delivery times.
UK Mainland deliveries exclude the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and the Scottish Highlands, please contact our Sales Team for these areas.

We hope you love your Mandarin Stone products, but if not, we offer a 30-day returns policy.
Goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving authorisation.
Return address: Mandarin Stone, Unit 1 Wonastow Road Industrial Estate, Monmouth, NP25 5JB.
All returns must be scheduled in advance and made between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Please clearly mark the returns number on all packages, boxes, crates, and pallets.
Tiles are fragile, so please ensure packaging is secure; refunds will not be issued if items or packaging are returned in unsaleable condition.
Refunds for resalable goods will be processed within 10 days, minus a 20% restocking fee.
