Full of artisanal charm and Mediterranean flair, Talia Orla showcases a flowing botanical pattern in rich, hand-painted tones. Bold green leaf motifs curl around soft golden flourishes and charcoal-grey stems, all set against an ivory, aged base that enhances the hand-crafted appeal.

Ceramic is not only the blanket term for any product made from clay and fired in a kiln to harden, but also the term for tiles which are fired at lower temperatures than porcelain and have greater water absorption. These ceramic tiles are usually glazed with either high-gloss, colourful or patterned surfaces and usually for wall use only, although some ceramics can be used for flooring.

Installation

Adhesive: For optimal results, use a suitable adhesive formulated for ceramic tiles.
Grout: We offer a wide range of Ardex tile grouts that are flexible, water-repellent, and available in various colours, ideal for coordinating or contrasting with your chosen tiles.
Sealing: Ceramic tiles generally do not require sealing. However, we recommend applying a grout protector to help maintain the appearance of the grout lines over time.

Maintenance

Maintain your ceramic tiles with a pH-neutral cleaner such as Fila Cleaner Pro. Avoid abrasive tools or harsh chemicals, which may damage the surface or affect the grout.

Delivery

We offer fast, reliable delivery across the UK & Ireland using our own specialised fleet alongside an external pallet service.

Delivery availability & charges

Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days, with delivery date and costs confirmed at checkout.
Most deliveries take place between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of your order and are shown separately from product prices to keep our tiles competitively priced.
Palletised deliveries to most England and Wales postcodes are between £54 – £66 per pallet (including VAT) depending on weight but this does exclude certain postcodes.
Parcel delivery charges (UK mainland only, including VAT):
Up to 5kg – £4.94 | Up to 10kg – £7.94 | Up to 20kg – £9.95
A.M. deliveries (8:00 am–1:00 pm) are available for an additional £18 + VAT, subject to area.

Further information

Someone must be available to accept, sign for, and safely store the goods, which the driver will place at the nearest accessible point, such as the driveway or kerbside.
Special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware, and sizeable orders are usually delivered using specialist off-load vehicles, which may increase delivery times.
UK Mainland deliveries exclude the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and the Scottish Highlands, please contact our Sales Team for these areas.

Returns

We hope you love your Mandarin Stone products, but if not, we offer a 30-day returns policy.

Goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving authorisation.
Return address: Mandarin Stone, Unit 1 Wonastow Road Industrial Estate, Monmouth, NP25 5JB.
All returns must be scheduled in advance and made between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Please clearly mark the returns number on all packages, boxes, crates, and pallets.
Tiles are fragile, so please ensure packaging is secure; refunds will not be issued if items or packaging are returned in unsaleable condition.
Refunds for resalable goods will be processed within 10 days, minus a 20% restocking fee.
