Each pack covers approximately 1m² and includes a random assortment of sizes to ensure a completely unique finish. Due to the wide and variable joint spacing, standard grout is not recommended; a sand and cement mix should be used to achieve a strong, durable, and long-lasting installation.

Please note: Our crazy paving samples are cut from 10×10 pieces of the original tumbled limestone. They’re intended to give a good idea of the colour and surface finish, but won’t represent the exact thickness or edge detail of the final product.

This product is made from natural tumbled limestone and is part of the Dijon Grey range. When installing it outdoors, the decision to seal the stone or leave it unsealed often comes down to personal preference and the conditions of the installation. Many people opt to leave the stone unsealed, allowing it to weather naturally over time. As it ages, the limestone develops character, creating a unique and charming appearance.

The stones are supplied in irregular, random shapes, which adds to their natural appeal. Each pack covers approximately 1m², though joint widths will vary due to the irregular sizing.

Because of these wide and varied joints, standard grout is not suitable. For the best results, a sand and cement mix is recommended during installation. For a lighter, softer finish that complements the natural tones of the limestone, consider using a lighter-coloured cement or incorporating a higher proportion of light sand in the mix. This can help enhance the overall aesthetic and create a more subtle, cohesive look.

This versatile limestone is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, making it perfect for patios, pathways, kitchens, hallways, or any feature space where a natural, timeless look is desired.

Delivery

We offer fast, reliable delivery across the UK & Ireland using our own specialised fleet alongside an external pallet service.

Delivery availability & charges

  • Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days, with delivery date and costs confirmed at checkout.

  • Most deliveries take place between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

  • Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of your order and are shown separately from product prices to keep our tiles competitively priced.

  • Palletised deliveries to most England and Wales postcodes are between £54 – £66 per pallet (including VAT) depending on weight but this does exclude certain postcodes.

  • Parcel delivery charges (UK mainland only, including VAT):
    Up to 5kg – £4.94 | Up to 10kg – £7.94 | Up to 20kg – £9.95

  • A.M. deliveries (8:00 am–1:00 pm) are available for an additional £18 + VAT, subject to area.

Further information

  • Someone must be available to accept, sign for, and safely store the goods, which the driver will place at the nearest accessible point, such as the driveway or kerbside.

  • Special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware, and sizeable orders are usually delivered using specialist off-load vehicles, which may increase delivery times.

  • UK Mainland deliveries exclude the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and the Scottish Highlands, please contact our Sales Team for these areas.

Returns

We hope you love your Mandarin Stone products, but if not, we offer a 30-day returns policy.

  • Goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving authorisation.

  • Return address: Mandarin Stone, Unit 1 Wonastow Road Industrial Estate, Monmouth, NP25 5JB.

  • All returns must be scheduled in advance and made between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

  • Please clearly mark the returns number on all packages, boxes, crates, and pallets.

  • Tiles are fragile, so please ensure packaging is secure; refunds will not be issued if items or packaging are returned in unsaleable condition.

  • Refunds for resalable goods will be processed within 10 days, minus a 20% restocking fee.
