We love the cool, contemporary look of our Kast Dark Grey Concrete Effect Outdoor Porcelain Tile. This dark grey concrete effect tile is beautifully warm, with both darker grey and warm white freckle details. With the inclusion of a sporadic ‘aggregate’ graphic (i.e. small fragments of stone), the Kast porcelain tile range is the ultimate in urban style. The neutral scheme makes this concrete effect tile the perfect accompaniment to all your accent colour choices.

Versatile and classic, this porcelain paving is available in a super-sized 1000x1000mm format, as well as a matching indoor variation suitable for both walls and floors.

Due to the nature of porcelain tiles and the way that they are produced, some variation in dimensions should be expected. Whilst this is minimal, it can become more noticeable on large tiles. Stagger joints by a maximum of 30% of the length of the tile to avoid emphasising this.

All products within the Kast Range at Mandarin Stone are rectified porcelain tiles.

External porcelain tiles generally have a rougher surface texture to increase grip. Use Fila Stop Dirt for ease when carrying our routine cleaning.

Delivery

We offer fast, reliable delivery across the UK & Ireland using our own specialised fleet alongside an external pallet service.

Delivery availability & charges

Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days, with delivery date and costs confirmed at checkout.
Most deliveries take place between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of your order and are shown separately from product prices to keep our tiles competitively priced.
Palletised deliveries to most England and Wales postcodes are between £54 – £66 per pallet (including VAT) depending on weight but this does exclude certain postcodes.
Parcel delivery charges (UK mainland only, including VAT):
Up to 5kg – £4.94 | Up to 10kg – £7.94 | Up to 20kg – £9.95
A.M. deliveries (8:00 am–1:00 pm) are available for an additional £18 + VAT, subject to area.

Further information

Someone must be available to accept, sign for, and safely store the goods, which the driver will place at the nearest accessible point, such as the driveway or kerbside.
Special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware, and sizeable orders are usually delivered using specialist off-load vehicles, which may increase delivery times.
UK Mainland deliveries exclude the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and the Scottish Highlands, please contact our Sales Team for these areas.

Returns

We hope you love your Mandarin Stone products, but if not, we offer a 30-day returns policy.

Goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving authorisation.
Return address: Mandarin Stone, Unit 1 Wonastow Road Industrial Estate, Monmouth, NP25 5JB.
All returns must be scheduled in advance and made between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Please clearly mark the returns number on all packages, boxes, crates, and pallets.
Tiles are fragile, so please ensure packaging is secure; refunds will not be issued if items or packaging are returned in unsaleable condition.
Refunds for resalable goods will be processed within 10 days, minus a 20% restocking fee.
