We’ve noticed a recent trend towards slightly warmer tones and our Kast Sand Concrete Effect Outdoor Porcelain Tile is just that. Stay on trend with this warm, neutral concrete effect tile. A little creamier than the white option, these “shelly” porcelain paving slabs are forgiving, versatile, super-stylish, and makes for an inviting patio or garden.

The Kast Sand is available in both indoor and outdoor porcelain tile options. Seamlessly blend your interior and exterior spaces by combining the two. The 1000x1000mm large format porcelain tile looks superb if space allows.

Due to the nature of porcelain and the way it is produced, you should expect some variation in dimensions of the tiles. Whilst this is minimal, it can become more noticeable on larger formats. In order to avoid emphasising this, if staggering joints, it should be by a maximum of 30% of the length of the tile.

All products within the Kast Range at Mandarin Stone are rectified porcelain tiles.

External porcelains generally have a rougher surface texture to increase grip. Fila Stop Dirt can be used to make routine cleaning easier.

Delivery

We offer fast, reliable delivery across the UK & Ireland using our own specialised fleet alongside an external pallet service.

Delivery availability & charges

Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days, with delivery date and costs confirmed at checkout.
Most deliveries take place between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of your order and are shown separately from product prices to keep our tiles competitively priced.
Delivery to UK mainland starts at £45 per crate, which covers up to approximately 1000 kg.
Parcel delivery charges (UK mainland only):
Up to 5kg – £4.12 | Up to 10kg – £6.62 | Up to 20kg – £8.29
A.M. deliveries (8:00 am–1:00 pm) are available for an additional £18 + VAT, subject to area.

Further information

Someone must be available to accept, sign for, and safely store the goods, which the driver will place at the nearest accessible point, such as the driveway or kerbside.
Special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware, and sizeable orders are usually delivered using specialist off-load vehicles, which may increase delivery times.
UK Mainland deliveries exclude the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and the Scottish Highlands, please contact our Sales Team for these areas.

Returns

We hope you love your Mandarin Stone products, but if not, we offer a 30-day returns policy.

Goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving authorisation.
Return address: Mandarin Stone, Unit 1 Wonastow Road Industrial Estate, Monmouth, NP25 5JB.
All returns must be scheduled in advance and made between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Please clearly mark the returns number on all packages, boxes, crates, and pallets.
Tiles are fragile, so please ensure packaging is secure; refunds will not be issued if items or packaging are returned in unsaleable condition.
Refunds for resalable goods will be processed within 10 days, minus a 20% restocking fee.
