Adhesive:
This material should be solidly bedded with a white adhesive suitable for the substrate, such as Ardex X7 R W Rapid Set Flexible White Adhesive. Coverage will vary dependant on application & bed thickness.
Grout:
Please see grout colours available from our Ardex Flex FL Wall & Floor Grout range.
Sealing:
All natural limestone tiles require sealing, how much will depend on the finish and the density of the stone. Honed materials generally require 2-3 coats of Fila MP90 Eco Extreme (approx. coverage 8-12m² per litre) followed by 2 coats of surface wax such as Fila Satin (approx. coverage >15m² per litre). Please note, surface wax is not suitable for use in bathrooms or outdoor environments.
Maintenance:
Cleaning prior to and during the installation process, as well as ongoing routine maintenance should be carried out with a neutral detergent, suitable for use with natural stone, such as Fila Cleaner. Delivery availability & charges
Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days, with delivery date and costs confirmed at checkout.
Most deliveries take place between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of your order and are shown separately from product prices to keep our tiles competitively priced.
Delivery to UK mainland starts at £45 per crate, which covers up to approximately 1000 kg.
Parcel delivery charges (UK mainland only):
Up to 5kg – £4.12 | Up to 10kg – £6.62 | Up to 20kg – £8.29A.M. deliveries (8:00 am–1:00 pm) are available for an additional £18 + VAT, subject to area.
Further information
Someone must be available to accept, sign for, and safely store the goods, which the driver will place at the nearest accessible point, such as the driveway or kerbside.
Special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware, and sizeable orders are usually delivered using specialist off-load vehicles, which may increase delivery times.
UK Mainland deliveries exclude the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and the Scottish Highlands, please contact our Sales Team for these areas.

We hope you love your Mandarin Stone products, but if not, we offer a 30-day returns policy.
Goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving authorisation.
Return address: Mandarin Stone, Unit 1 Wonastow Road Industrial Estate, Monmouth, NP25 5JB.
All returns must be scheduled in advance and made between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Please clearly mark the returns number on all packages, boxes, crates, and pallets.
Tiles are fragile, so please ensure packaging is secure; refunds will not be issued if items or packaging are returned in unsaleable condition.
Refunds for resalable goods will be processed within 10 days, minus a 20% restocking fee.
