This Ardex X7 R S1 W tile adhesive has proven itself to be a dependable and versatile option for almost all applications, including non-moisture sensitive natural stone, porcelain, ceramic tiles.

With a new extended pot life of 60 minutes and rapid set time, Ardex X7 R S1 W allows tiles to be grouted and walked on just 3 hours after fixing. This makes it a suitable tile adhesive for walls and floors, internal and external use, and even in fully immersed areas such as swimming pools.

Ardex X7 R S1 W features a new and improved formulation with fibre technology for improved strength and flexibility. Plus, with S1 deformability, this tile adhesive offers excellent accommodation for movement. This is especially important for outdoor tiles in areas that can rapidly change temperatures.

When using Ardex X7 R S1 W, water content can be adjusted to produce a slump-free mix for coving or skirting as well as wall tiles.

NB. When fixing a pale or translucent stone, or if using a pale grout, always use a white tile adhesive.

This Ardex adhesive can be used on walls or floors with a bed thickness of approximately 1-6mm. One 20kg bag will cover approximately 4.70m² at 3mm bed depth.

Ardex X7 R S1 W and other Ardex adhesives should be used in temperatures above 5°C.

Delivery availability & charges

Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days, with delivery date and costs confirmed at checkout.
Most deliveries take place between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of your order and are shown separately from product prices to keep our tiles competitively priced.
Palletised deliveries to most England and Wales postcodes are between £54 – £66 per pallet (including VAT) depending on weight but this does exclude certain postcodes.
Parcel delivery charges (UK mainland only, including VAT):
Up to 5kg – £4.94 | Up to 10kg – £7.94 | Up to 20kg – £9.95
A.M. deliveries (8:00 am–1:00 pm) are available for an additional £18 + VAT, subject to area.

Further information

Someone must be available to accept, sign for, and safely store the goods, which the driver will place at the nearest accessible point, such as the driveway or kerbside.
Special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware, and sizeable orders are usually delivered using specialist off-load vehicles, which may increase delivery times.
UK Mainland deliveries exclude the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and the Scottish Highlands, please contact our Sales Team for these areas.

Returns

We hope you love your Mandarin Stone products, but if not, we offer a 30-day returns policy.

Goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving authorisation.
Return address: Mandarin Stone, Unit 1 Wonastow Road Industrial Estate, Monmouth, NP25 5JB.
All returns must be scheduled in advance and made between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Please clearly mark the returns number on all packages, boxes, crates, and pallets.
Tiles are fragile, so please ensure packaging is secure; refunds will not be issued if items or packaging are returned in unsaleable condition.
Refunds for resalable goods will be processed within 10 days, minus a 20% restocking fee.
