ARDEX-FLEX FS is formulated to blend to a uniform colour, ensuring a consistent, streak-free finish, and it is suitable for commercial and domestic locations including swimming pools, showers and kitchens.

It’s an easy to apply flexible wall & floor grout suitable for joint widths up to 4mm width and is available in 21 colours to suit Mandarin Stone’s extensive Porcelain, Ceramic & Natural Stone tiles collection.

Suitable for internal and external applications and use with underfloor heating.

Ardex ST neutral cure silicone is also available in a range of complementary colours

Delivery

We offer fast, reliable delivery across the UK & Ireland using our own specialised fleet alongside an external pallet service.

Delivery availability & charges

  • Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days, with delivery date and costs confirmed at checkout.

  • Most deliveries take place between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

  • Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of your order and are shown separately from product prices to keep our tiles competitively priced.

  • Delivery to UK mainland starts at £45 per crate, which covers up to approximately 1000 kg.

  • Parcel delivery charges (UK mainland only):
    Up to 5kg – £4.12 | Up to 10kg – £6.62 | Up to 20kg – £8.29

  • A.M. deliveries (8:00 am–1:00 pm) are available for an additional £18 + VAT, subject to area.

Further information

  • Someone must be available to accept, sign for, and safely store the goods, which the driver will place at the nearest accessible point, such as the driveway or kerbside.

  • Special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware, and sizeable orders are usually delivered using specialist off-load vehicles, which may increase delivery times.

  • UK Mainland deliveries exclude the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and the Scottish Highlands, please contact our Sales Team for these areas.

Returns

We hope you love your Mandarin Stone products, but if not, we offer a 30-day returns policy.

  • Goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving authorisation.

  • Return address: Mandarin Stone, Unit 1 Wonastow Road Industrial Estate, Monmouth, NP25 5JB.

  • All returns must be scheduled in advance and made between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

  • Please clearly mark the returns number on all packages, boxes, crates, and pallets.

  • Tiles are fragile, so please ensure packaging is secure; refunds will not be issued if items or packaging are returned in unsaleable condition.

  • Refunds for resalable goods will be processed within 10 days, minus a 20% restocking fee.
