This Ardex X7 W tile adhesive has proved itself to be a dependable, versatile option for almost all applications. Whether fixing floor or wall tiles this tile adhesive offers excellent workability and slump resistance

As a cement-based floor and wall tile adhesive, Ardex X7 W Standard Set Flexible White Adhesive is suitable for fixing porcelain, stone & ceramic tiles to a variety of building surfaces.

Ardex X7 W features increased flexural strength, an improved bed thickness of 1-6mm, improved crack bridging and improved coverage. Suitable for use with underfloor heating systems and plywood overlay.

With a pot life of up to 5 hours, this Ardex tile adhesive is also ideal for fixing small & intricate decorative tiles.

Set time 16-24 hours approx at 20°C.

Ardex X7 W can be used on walls or floors with a bed thickness of 1-6mm approx. A 20kg bag will be sufficient for approximately 5m² at a 3mm thickness.

Ardex X7 W and other Ardex tile adhesives should be used in temperatures above 5°C.

All working times are based on use at an ambient temperature of 20°C. For guidelines on working in hot weather, please click here.

Delivery

We offer fast, reliable delivery across the UK & Ireland using our own specialised fleet alongside an external pallet service.

Delivery availability & charges

  • Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days, with delivery date and costs confirmed at checkout.

  • Most deliveries take place between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

  • Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of your order and are shown separately from product prices to keep our tiles competitively priced.

  • Delivery to UK mainland starts at £45 per crate, which covers up to approximately 1000 kg.

  • Parcel delivery charges (UK mainland only):
    Up to 5kg – £4.12 | Up to 10kg – £6.62 | Up to 20kg – £8.29

  • A.M. deliveries (8:00 am–1:00 pm) are available for an additional £18 + VAT, subject to area.

Further information

  • Someone must be available to accept, sign for, and safely store the goods, which the driver will place at the nearest accessible point, such as the driveway or kerbside.

  • Special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware, and sizeable orders are usually delivered using specialist off-load vehicles, which may increase delivery times.

  • UK Mainland deliveries exclude the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and the Scottish Highlands, please contact our Sales Team for these areas.

Returns

We hope you love your Mandarin Stone products, but if not, we offer a 30-day returns policy.

  • Goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving authorisation.

  • Return address: Mandarin Stone, Unit 1 Wonastow Road Industrial Estate, Monmouth, NP25 5JB.

  • All returns must be scheduled in advance and made between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

  • Please clearly mark the returns number on all packages, boxes, crates, and pallets.

  • Tiles are fragile, so please ensure packaging is secure; refunds will not be issued if items or packaging are returned in unsaleable condition.

  • Refunds for resalable goods will be processed within 10 days, minus a 20% restocking fee.
