Almost impossible to differentiate this from the real thing, we love the subtle tonal variation, clever surface and antique-looking edges of this porcelain stone effect tile. Its large format adds to the flagstone-like vibe, yet, unlike stone, it does not require sealing.

The indoor porcelain tile has a straighter edge, the outdoor choice has a beautifully natural edge which gives a vintage, time-worn appearance.

Please note: The Lulworth 900x600x10mm tiles have a straight-cut edge for a sharp, modern finish with minimal grout lines. The 900x600x20mm tiles, however, feature a wavy, antique-effect edge that creates a more rustic, time-worn look. This subtle edge variation adds character and influences the overall feel of the installation.

All products within the Lulworth range are rectified Porcelain tiles.

Due to the nature of porcelain tiles and the way that they are produced, a degree of variation in dimensions should be expected. Whilst this is minimal, it can become more noticeable on large porcelain tiles. In order to avoid emphasising this, if staggering joints then it should be by a maximum of 30% of the length.

We offer fast, reliable delivery across the UK & Ireland using our own specialised fleet alongside an external pallet service.

Delivery availability & charges

Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days, with delivery date and costs confirmed at checkout.
Most deliveries take place between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of your order and are shown separately from product prices to keep our tiles competitively priced.
Delivery to UK mainland starts at £45 per crate, which covers up to approximately 1000 kg.
Parcel delivery charges (UK mainland only):
Up to 5kg – £4.12 | Up to 10kg – £6.62 | Up to 20kg – £8.29
A.M. deliveries (8:00 am–1:00 pm) are available for an additional £18 + VAT, subject to area.

Further information

Someone must be available to accept, sign for, and safely store the goods, which the driver will place at the nearest accessible point, such as the driveway or kerbside.
Special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware, and sizeable orders are usually delivered using specialist off-load vehicles, which may increase delivery times.
UK Mainland deliveries exclude the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and the Scottish Highlands, please contact our Sales Team for these areas.

Returns

We hope you love your Mandarin Stone products, but if not, we offer a 30-day returns policy.

Goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving authorisation.
Return address: Mandarin Stone, Unit 1 Wonastow Road Industrial Estate, Monmouth, NP25 5JB.
All returns must be scheduled in advance and made between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Please clearly mark the returns number on all packages, boxes, crates, and pallets.
Tiles are fragile, so please ensure packaging is secure; refunds will not be issued if items or packaging are returned in unsaleable condition.
Refunds for resalable goods will be processed within 10 days, minus a 20% restocking fee.
