Authentic looking flagstone-effect tiles, our Wexford Buff Outdoor Porcelain tile offers all the charm of traditional Yorkstone paving slabs, whilst being extremely hard-wearing and durable. With a warm, natural feel these porcelain outdoor tiles transform any outdoor space into a sunny sanctuary. Large format and available in both an internal and external thickness, these porcelain tiles are ideal for a creating smooth transition in indoor and outdoor spaces.
Surface texture and shade variation add to its traditional stone-effect tile appeal, and whilst the edges of the 10mm internal format appear slightly distressed, they are actually straight. The edges of the outdoor (20mm) porcelain tile are visually antique yet both finishes complement each other beautifully in an inside/out combo.

Please note: The Wexford 900x600x10mm tiles have a straight-cut edge for a sharp, modern finish with minimal grout lines. The 900x600x20mm tiles, however, feature a wavy, antique-effect edge that creates a more rustic, time-worn look. This subtle edge variation adds character and influences the overall feel of the installation.
With porcelain tiles you may experience variations in dimensions due to how they are produced. this should be minimal, however, it can become more noticeable with tiles in larger formats. In order to avoid emphasising this, if staggering joints, it should be by a maximum of 30% of the length.
All products within the Wexford porcelain tile range are non-rectified porcelain.

Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days, with delivery date and costs confirmed at checkout.

Most deliveries take place between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of your order and are shown separately from product prices to keep our tiles competitively priced.

Delivery to UK mainland starts at £45 per crate, which covers up to approximately 1000 kg.

A.M. deliveries (8:00 am–1:00 pm) are available for an additional £18 + VAT, subject to area.

Someone must be available to accept, sign for, and safely store the goods, which the driver will place at the nearest accessible point, such as the driveway or kerbside.

Special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware, and sizeable orders are usually delivered using specialist off-load vehicles, which may increase delivery times.

UK Mainland deliveries exclude the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and the Scottish Highlands, please contact our Sales Team for these areas.

Goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving authorisation.

All returns must be scheduled in advance and made between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Please clearly mark the returns number on all packages, boxes, crates, and pallets.

Tiles are fragile, so please ensure packaging is secure; refunds will not be issued if items or packaging are returned in unsaleable condition.

Refunds for resalable goods will be processed within 10 days, minus a 20% restocking fee.
