Emulating traditional zellige in shape and texture, our Zen Grey Décor Gloss Porcelain tiles add interest to any interior.

Discover these ridged tiles with an imperfect surface texture that gives a hand-made and artisanal feel. Suitable for use on walls or dry floor areas, they make a wonderful addition to kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces alike. The subtle gloss finish of these zellige tiles play with the light in your space to bring something truly unique.

The neutral shade of these grey tiles makes them the perfect choice for combining with others in the Zen range, or colour-blocking to create the perfect subtle backdrop. The Zen range is available in four shades, including a deep blue, white and natural, as well as two format options.

Whole porcelain tile purchases are available only, no cut samples.

All tiles within the Zen range are non-rectified porcelain tiles.

If mixing sizes and colours, some size variation may occur. This should be accommodated in the grout gap.

Delivery

We offer fast, reliable delivery across the UK & Ireland using our own specialised fleet alongside an external pallet service.

Delivery availability & charges

Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days, with delivery date and costs confirmed at checkout.
Most deliveries take place between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of your order and are shown separately from product prices to keep our tiles competitively priced.
Delivery to UK mainland starts at £45 per crate, which covers up to approximately 1000 kg.
Parcel delivery charges (UK mainland only):
Up to 5kg – £4.12 | Up to 10kg – £6.62 | Up to 20kg – £8.29
A.M. deliveries (8:00 am–1:00 pm) are available for an additional £18 + VAT, subject to area.

Further information

Someone must be available to accept, sign for, and safely store the goods, which the driver will place at the nearest accessible point, such as the driveway or kerbside.
Special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware, and sizeable orders are usually delivered using specialist off-load vehicles, which may increase delivery times.
UK Mainland deliveries exclude the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and the Scottish Highlands, please contact our Sales Team for these areas.

Returns

We hope you love your Mandarin Stone products, but if not, we offer a 30-day returns policy.

Goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving authorisation.
Return address: Mandarin Stone, Unit 1 Wonastow Road Industrial Estate, Monmouth, NP25 5JB.
All returns must be scheduled in advance and made between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Please clearly mark the returns number on all packages, boxes, crates, and pallets.
Tiles are fragile, so please ensure packaging is secure; refunds will not be issued if items or packaging are returned in unsaleable condition.
Refunds for resalable goods will be processed within 10 days, minus a 20% restocking fee.
