With a 2.5 hour pot life and 45 minute open time, the Ardex X11 W floor and wall tile adhesive is an S1 white, flexible cement-based, tile adhesive with excellent non-slip.

Specifically formulated to have enhanced properties of adhesion and flexibility, the advanced slump resistance properties make Ardex X11 W an ideal tile adhesive for fixing large format wall tiles, as well as other applications.

Fix any tile size or type without slipping and without the need for battens, with advance slip resistance that achieves double the European Standard.
Spend less time mixing and more time fixing with a 2.5-hour pot life and 45-minute open time that allow you to mix, spread and fix tile adhesive in larger batches.
High Gel Rheology, for smoother spreading. Shape memory and full wettability make for easy tiling.
Grout in as little as 6-8 hours.
Build-up to 15mm bed depth to build-out in isolated areas.
Ideal for almost all tile types including non-moisture sensitive natural stone tiles.
Tile adhesive suitable for wall and floor applications.

This tile adhesive can be used on walls or floors with a bed thickness of 1-8mm approx. The coverage achieved in practice will depend on the back profile of the tile, notched trowel and technique used to bed the tiles. A 20kg bag of Ardex X11 adhesive will be sufficient for approximately 5m2 at 3mm thickness.

Ardex X11 and other Ardex adhesives should be used in temperatures above 5°C.

Delivery

We offer fast, reliable delivery across the UK & Ireland using our own specialised fleet alongside an external pallet service.

Delivery availability & charges

Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days, with delivery date and costs confirmed at checkout.
Most deliveries take place between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of your order and are shown separately from product prices to keep our tiles competitively priced.
Palletised deliveries to most England and Wales postcodes are between £54 – £66 per pallet (including VAT) depending on weight but this does exclude certain postcodes.
Parcel delivery charges (UK mainland only, including VAT):
Up to 5kg – £4.94 | Up to 10kg – £7.94 | Up to 20kg – £9.95
A.M. deliveries (8:00 am–1:00 pm) are available for an additional £18 + VAT, subject to area.

Further information

Someone must be available to accept, sign for, and safely store the goods, which the driver will place at the nearest accessible point, such as the driveway or kerbside.
Special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware, and sizeable orders are usually delivered using specialist off-load vehicles, which may increase delivery times.
UK Mainland deliveries exclude the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and the Scottish Highlands, please contact our Sales Team for these areas.

Returns

We hope you love your Mandarin Stone products, but if not, we offer a 30-day returns policy.

Goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving authorisation.
Return address: Mandarin Stone, Unit 1 Wonastow Road Industrial Estate, Monmouth, NP25 5JB.
All returns must be scheduled in advance and made between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Please clearly mark the returns number on all packages, boxes, crates, and pallets.
Tiles are fragile, so please ensure packaging is secure; refunds will not be issued if items or packaging are returned in unsaleable condition.
Refunds for resalable goods will be processed within 10 days, minus a 20% restocking fee.
