Our Bruges Collection offers a perfect blend of durability and style, making it an ideal choice for both indoor and outdoor floors. Emulating the warm, rustic charm of traditional Cotswold limestone cobbles but with the modern durability of porcelain. Bruges Sand features soft, creamy tones of beige, honey and ivory, replicating a classical look whilst being non-porous, frost-resistant and low maintenance. Softened edges and a subtly weathered surface evoke the feeling of a material that has been shaped by time and use. Mimicking traditional cobblestone patterns, you can lay either as a single size or combine both formats for different visual effects.

Due to the nature of porcelain tiles and the way that they are produced, a degree of variation in dimensions should be expected. Whilst this is minimal, it can become more noticeable on large porcelain tiles. In order to avoid emphasising this, if staggering joints then it should be by a maximum of 30% of the length. For more guidance on your tiling project, get in touch.

Outdoor porcelain tiles generally have a rougher surface texture to increase grip.

Delivery

We offer fast, reliable delivery across the UK & Ireland using our own specialised fleet alongside an external pallet service.

Delivery availability & charges

  • Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days, with delivery date and costs confirmed at checkout.

  • Most deliveries take place between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

  • Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of your order and are shown separately from product prices to keep our tiles competitively priced.

  • Palletised deliveries to most England and Wales postcodes are between £54 – £66 per pallet (including VAT) depending on weight but this does exclude certain postcodes.

  • Parcel delivery charges (UK mainland only, including VAT):
    Up to 5kg – £4.94 | Up to 10kg – £7.94 | Up to 20kg – £9.95

  • A.M. deliveries (8:00 am–1:00 pm) are available for an additional £18 + VAT, subject to area.

Further information

  • Someone must be available to accept, sign for, and safely store the goods, which the driver will place at the nearest accessible point, such as the driveway or kerbside.

  • Special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware, and sizeable orders are usually delivered using specialist off-load vehicles, which may increase delivery times.

  • UK Mainland deliveries exclude the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and the Scottish Highlands, please contact our Sales Team for these areas.

  • For overseas orders, email enquiries to [email protected].

Returns

We hope you love your Mandarin Stone products, but if not, we offer a 30-day returns policy.

  • Goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving authorisation.

  • Return address: Mandarin Stone, Unit 1 Wonastow Road Industrial Estate, Monmouth, NP25 5JB.

  • All returns must be scheduled in advance and made between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

  • Please clearly mark the returns number on all packages, boxes, crates, and pallets.

  • Tiles are fragile, so please ensure packaging is secure; refunds will not be issued if items or packaging are returned in unsaleable condition.

  • Refunds for resalable goods will be processed within 10 days, minus a 20% restocking fee.
