We had the pleasure of supplying our materials for both of Jenny’s recent bathroom makeovers. The ensuite and family bathroom predominantly feature our new ‘Alsace’ Honed Marble tiles. Alsace offers soft tones of white and grey, in a silky smooth, matt, honed finish. It is available in a range of tile and mosaic formats, as well as mouldings to provide that extra finishing touch. Our ‘Argento’ Maple Wood Effect Porcelain tiles were incorporated into the bathrooms as a feature. This gives the space added warmth, alongside the brushed brass details, and softens the monochromatic palette.
The Brief: Professional couple, Jenny & Anthony wanted to change everything in their ensuite and family bathrooms. There was no storage, the spaces felt cramped and the furniture dated. The goal was to create new bathroom layouts to make the spaces feel lighter and timeless designs that would add long term value to the property. The focus was on attention to detail and the ‘little touches’ of luxury.
The Result: Colours come and go out of fashion, faster than ever before, so a bathroom design was created for longevity. Working with softer, neutral tones can still create a space with beauty and impact, the end results were stylish and practical.
Ensuite Bathroom
The black fittings contrast beautifully with the Alsace Marble, we love the brass accents, Alsace Herringbone Mosaics, the detail of the Alsace Marble Cornice and the feature area of our Argento Maple wood-effect planks for added warmth.
